Our collection features silk, artisanal cotton, and Italian linen.
● Can custom-made garments be made?
At the moment, we only make sizes with official measurements S - M - L. If your size is not available when you try to make a purchase, please contact us. here to create your garment.
● How can I pay?
We have three payment methods!- A) Credit or Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express)
- B) Paypal
- C) Kueski Pay
● How long does the order take to arrive?
- Within the country of Mexico, it takes approximately up to 10 business days.
- In the rest of the world, it takes approximately up to 15 business days.

● Can you buy online and pick up in store?
Yes, only in our store in Playa del Carmen at Calle Quinta Avenida 5, between Constituyentes and 20 Nte, Gonzalo Guerrero. Schedules Mon - Sun, 9:00 am - 10:00 pm
● Are taxes included in the prices?
Our prices already include VAT. For international shipments, we are not responsible for customs taxes. We invite you to learn more in our section on shipping policy.
● How can I check the status of my purchase?
After making your purchase, you will receive an email with your tracking number and courier as soon as it leaves our warehouses (between 24 and 48 hours after your order is processed). You will be able to track your order at any time!
● If my purchase doesn't fit, what should I do?
You have 30 days from the shipping date to request an exchange for your purchase from Labikineria.com.mx. Items must retain all tags and be in perfect condition. We are not responsible for any additional shipping costs. Write to us at hola@labikineria.com.mx or by WhatsApp at: 984 238 0614 to help you manage your return.
● I didn't like my purchase, can I return it?
You can request your refund up to 30 days after the purchase of the product. Once those days have passed, you will no longer be entitled to request it.

● ¿How long is my Gift Card valid?
After purchasing your Gift Card, you will receive an email within 24 to 42 hours with an activation code. If after this time your code is still not activated, you can write to us at hola@labikineria.com.mx We are happy to help you!
