Processing and delivery times
All orders are prepared the same day or the day after their order (business days), depending on our stock and availability. (since they are unique and handmade garments).
Each order from La Bikineria is selected and packed by hand in Playa del Carmen.
We offer a secure service on all online orders.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. After shipment, you will immediately receive another confirmation email with your tracking number. If you do not receive these confirmations by email, please send an email to our Customer Service at: hola@labikineria.com.mx
What parcels we use?
For national shipments we use the Estafeta parcel service.
For international shipments we use the UPS and DHL parcel services.
Can I change or cancel my order?
All orders are final once they have been processed through the checkout process.
No further changes can be made to your order once it has been processed. If you want to add another product, contact our customer service: hola@labikineria.com.mx
Customs/Import Duties and Taxes
Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are your responsibility and will be collected from you by the carrier.
La Bikineria will include a commercial invoice stating the full dollar value paid for international shipments.
If you reject a shipment from La Bikineria, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, as well as any import and return charges that may be incurred in returning the delivery to us.
La Bikineria cannot mark international orders as a gift to avoid or reduce customs fees.
Shipping rates
Playa del Carmen - Mexico
You can pick up your order at the store (5th Avenue, between Av. Constituyentes and Calle 20 Norte) as soon as we notify you that your order is ready to be picked up.
Rest of Mexico
Rate of $150 MXN. It takes up to 10 business days.
With your purchase over $3000 MXN get free shipping.
United States
If your purchase is over $2500 MXN, your shipping will be $400 MXN or 20 USD.
If your purchase is less than $2500 MXN, your shipping will be $600 MXN or 30 USD.
It takes up to 15 business days.
Argentina
If your purchase is over $2500 MXN, your shipping will be $400 MXN or 20 USD.
If your purchase is less than $2500 MXN, your shipping will be $600 MXN or 30 USD.
It takes up to 15 business days.
Rest of the World
If your purchase is over $2500 MXN, your shipping will be $700 MXN or 35 USD.
If your purchase is less than $2500 MXN, your shipping will be $900 MXN or 45 USD.
