Refunds
You can request your refund up to 30 days from the purchase of the product. Once those days have passed, you will not have the right to request it.
Refund Method
You must request your refund by email to: hola@labikineria.com.mx
It will be made by bank transfer or Paypal (as the case may be).
When the refund is made, an email will be sent with the confirmation and the receipt.
Late refunds or lost (where applicable)
If you still haven't received your refund, please check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Changes
You have 30 days from the date of shipment to make an exchange of your purchase from Labikineria.com.mx. Items must retain all tags and be in perfect condition. We are not responsible for additional parcel costs, it is the responsibility of the person who makes the purchase.
You can change the size or color of your items. Write to us at
hola@labikineria.com.mx, or come to a La bikinería store.
If you prefer an exchange for a different garment, a return and a new purchase will be managed.
Remember that articles of underwear or bikinis cannot be exchanged.
