We accept exchanges but no returns

La Bikineria gladly accepts exchanges within 14 days from the shipping date under the following conditions.

- Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

- SALE items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective.

- Swimwear cannot be exchanged.

- Only one exchange per product is allowed.

- Customers from Mexico must contact us; we will generate a low-cost shipping label ($200) which must be paid via bank transfer, printed, and the package must be ready for pickup by the shipping company so that we receive the order, and then you will need to pay for the new order to have it shipped to your destination.

La Bikineria assists with the process of providing the label, but the customer is responsible for the cost.

- Customers from the rest of the world must contact us; we will provide a shipping quote, which can be paid via Paypal if the customer agrees.

Exchange process

To exchange an item, simply send us an email at

You will receive a response from our customer service team with instructions on how to send your item.

Once La Bikineria receives your return:

We will contact you to arrange the exchange for a different size or another product.
