Processing and delivery times
All orders are prepared the same day or the next day after your order (business days), depending on our stock and availability.
Each order from La Bikineria is hand-selected and packed in Playa del Carmen. We offer secure service on all online orders.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. After shipping, you will immediately receive another confirmation email with your tracking number. If you do not receive these email confirmations, please email our Customer Service at: hola@labikineria.com.mx
Can I change or cancel my order?
All orders are final once they have been processed through the payment process. No further changes can be made to your order once processed. If you want to add another product, please contact our customer service: hola@labikineria.com.mx
Customs / Import Duties and Taxes
Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are your responsibility and will be collected from you by the carrier.
La Bikineria will include a commercial invoice declaring the total value in dollars paid on international shipments.
If you refuse a shipment from La Bikineria, you are responsible for the original shipping costs as well as any import and return fees incurred when returning the delivery to us.
La Bikineria cannot mark international orders as gifts to avoid or reduce customs fees.

Playa del Carmen - Mexico
You can pick up your order at the store (5th Avenue, between Av. Constituyentes and Calle 20 Norte) as soon as we notify you that your order is ready for pickup.
Rest of Mexico
Fee of $200 MXN. Takes 3 to 4 business days.
With your purchase over $3000 MXN get free shipping.
United States
If your purchase is over $2500 MXN, your shipping will be $700 MXN or 35 USD.
Takes 7 to 10 business days.
Argentina
If your purchase is over $2500 MXN, your shipping will be $1000 MXN or 45 USD.
Takes 7 to 10 business days.
Rest of the World
If your purchase is over $2500 MXN, your shipping will be $100 MXN or 50 USD.
Takes 10 business days.
